Learning postures, knowledge of the body, and adaptation to each practitioner’s individuality can only succeed through exchange, dialogue, and direct contact, as well as in an adapted and chosen environment. Therefore, all of our trainings are organized in person, with the goal of a rigorous, personalized, and adaptable approach to the needs of each individual. She developed various traditional practices, particularly Ashtanga and Hatha yoga Aware and convinced of the positive impact of yoga in her personal life, the desire to share her knowledge became evident to her. She then completed her first RYT 200 training with Lance Schuler (Inspya Yoga) and obtained her diploma in 2011, followed by a second one in 2016 in Kuala Lumpur. For Didier, the keys to knowledge lie in the mind and heart, which should allow access to inner peace.
Didier discovered yoga at a young age. Self-taught, he began his apprenticeship at the age of twenty, notably through the texts and teachings of spiritual masters such as Aïvanhov, Aurobindo, and Krishnamurti. He is influenced by different schools, such as Sivananda and Iyengar. He attended classes at the French Federation of Hatha yoga (FFHY) before training in the more dynamic practice of Ashtanga Vinyasa, which he has been teaching for over ten years. He has learned, among other things, the disciples of Pattabhi Jois in Pondicherry. He graduated in India (Kerala) and in Paris (from the French Federation of yoga, FFY), and completed his training by deepening his knowledge of Ayurveda at the European Institute of Vedic Studies founded in 1998 by Vaidya Atreya Smith.

Lek Ananyalak
RYT 500

Teaches Vinyasa yoga, Ashtanga yoga, methodology, biomechanics.

Lek was introduced to Yoga in 2016 in Huan In, Thailand, where she is originally from.
