Yoga teacher training course TTC 200 hours Yoga Alliance

TRANSMITTING THE TRADITION

The success of yoga has sometimes reduced this practice to physical exercises, well-being, stretching, or even gymnastics. However, mastering this traditional art born in India involves many other skills such as breathing and meditation.

Far beyond just the physical form, it is about reflecting and accessing the broader domain of each individual’s health, as well as their rightful place in a social and natural environment. It is about bringing the body and mind together to achieve harmony, completeness of being. It is a demanding, patient, and regular work on oneself and one’s body, requiring modesty, self-listening, tolerance, and introspection. Nade’s certifying trainings develop three complementary themes of learning: Indian philosophy – a philosophy in harmony with the real world. Hatha Yoga – the circulation of physical and mental energy. Ayurvedic medicine – knowledge of longevity.

With Nadege Lubrano, Didier Dozias, Lek Anayalak, Eve Taapoa, Flavie Fournial Causse, Sadhak Sukmit Ji.
