Learning in the Heart of Life

The nomadic school Nade focuses its programs on two specificities: the transmission of traditional yoga and the rigor of learning exclusively in person. Sharing between teachers and practitioners, openness to others and to the world, is at the heart of Indian spirituality.

While the practice of yoga aims for personal centering and harmonization of one’s being, it is also an opening to the world around us, a path towards alterity, a sharing of energies between practitioners and teachers. Learning postures, knowledge of the body, and adaptation to each practitioner’s individuality can only succeed through exchange, dialogue, and direct contact, as well as in an adapted and chosen environment. Therefore, all of our trainings are organized in person, with the goal of a rigorous, personalized, and adaptable approach to the needs of each individual. Listening, exchange, and adaptability are three essential pillars for mastering an art that combines knowledge of the body with the spiritual dimension of beings.

Didier’s teachings aim to create a lifestyle in harmony with nature and our higher Self. For him, it is about understanding the language of nature and of life, in order to live in harmony with the universe, without only seeking personal benefit but by being attentive to the richness of our surroundings. Didier discovered yoga at a young age. Self-taught, he began his apprenticeship at the age of twenty, notably through the texts and teachings of spiritual masters such as Aïvanhov, Aurobindo, and Krishnamurti. He is influenced by different schools, such as Sivananda and Iyengar. He attended classes at the French Federation of Hatha yoga (FFHY) before training in the more dynamic practice of Ashtanga Vinyasa, which he has been teaching for over ten years. He has learned, among other things, the disciples of Pattabhi Jois in Pondicherry.
